The Telemedicine service is available for people 18 years and older! ​ Dependents under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian consent and be present during any telemedicine consult.

How to use the App? Registering your account is easy!

1. Please download the Compass Wellness App, powered by AllyHealth to your mobile:

2. Click on the "Register now" button
3. Select either "Primary Member Registration" or "Dependent Member Registration"
​4. Enter your Last Name, Date of Birth, and Zip Code
5. Click "Next" to find your record in our system and confirm your eligibility
6. To set up your account, please enter your Email, and create a Username and Password
