1. How to find a doctor?

Easy steps to keep in mind if you need medical treatment.

1. Visit your Student Health Center for all your medical services, treatments, and procedures, when available. Your Deductible and Copayments will be waived when you use your Student Health Center. Services that the Student Health Center normally provides to you free of charge or that are covered or provided by payment of your student health fee are excluded from coverage under this Policy and you are responsible for all amounts billed to you.

2. If the Student Health Center does not provide the required care and you have a non-emergency situation, please contact a ConciergeCare counselor to guide you to the appropriate In-Network Physician in your area (i.e., local doctor, walk-in clinic, or urgent care facility). The 24/7 multi-lingual ConciergeCare service will also help you with setting up appointments, go in-depth with explanation of benefits or find a provider that’s right for you.
​​Remember! If you use an emergency room in the Hospital for a non- emergency service you will be responsible for the Copayment and Coinsurance will be reduced to 50%. 

3. Search the UnitedHealthcare Global Primary PPO Network to find a physician or facility.
Please search the network found on your ID card. If you require further assistance, please contact ConciergeCare.

4. In case of a serious medical emergency, contact emergency services at 911. After the proper authorities have been contacted, contact ConciergeCare so we can lead you in the right direction and help you through any hardship you may have.

2. Medications in the EHIM Pharmacy Network

​Your policy requires that you purchase your prescriptions from a EHIM network pharmacy.

3. Create your MyInsurance Account

You want to extend your insurance coverage, or you have lost your insurance ID card and need a new copy?

4. WellAway Claims Portal 

WellAway has a claims portal where you can access claim information. In this portal you will be able to access forms, submit claims, view your claims, and utilize other tools and services.​
